Poor shipping
I have ordered these bowls online twice and both times they arrived with the top bowl badly chipped. Once from Home Depot and once from Macys, which are shipped directly from Euro Ceramica. The top bowl is packed without any added cardboard padding at the top which naturally will break if not carefully handled. I have the 16-piece set already and want to add the matching bowls. I will try to order again. PLEASE, PLEASE add some padding for the top bowl.

Beautiful product, Bad Packaging
1 of my 4 bowls arrived significantlly cracked due to poor packaging. Submitted claim for replacement, awaiting response from company. Producut is very beautiful.
